Agreed! Many times, we are very insular and don't think that someone else's way of celebrating the activity is the way it should be done. Let's remember that we're not exactly knocking down any major broadcasters doors these days.
Maybe she could talk to some folks at HBO about a mini-docu or whole series on the activity...

This is when the Redteam was in Tea, SD for the Sioux Falls show this year. We were there for less than 12 hours and Google found us! Don't mind the dirty horn arch... it was during a quick re-warm before ensemble.

Those two members are actually just doing that entirely on their own. I didn't actually know they were video blogging until I read it on here. I definitely support what their doing though!
The mention of going to Europe is actually just those two specific members. They are leaving in a few weeks to attend a jazz festival overseas, but the entire corps is not going.

We won't be broadcasting everyday... Today it was storming so we couldn't have the electronics out.
It will definitely be posted on here next time there is a stream up though.

Had Brooks in 08 and Asics in 09... I'd recommend going to a running store and have them evaluate your foot and stride to find what kind of shoe would be best.
Honestly, Under Armour and Nike shoes are made to sell, not necessarily to be functional.
You definitely want to get a good pair of shoes... your feet are you most important asset on tour.

I think it'd be interesting to see how corps would place if the first week they all had to compete in black shorts and white shirts.
Obviously it'd be apparent which ones were the Scouts/Cavies but beyond that there wouldn't be THAT much else to identify corps.

I'm most interested to see what kind of show they bring to the field with the new design team.
From what I can tell they dumped the weak links in their program and have brought in some major power.

I have no comment other than to say that Peter Inglett is a Billy Bad ###.
He was by far the strongest, most solid guy I ever marched with and instructed at SW. I can only assume he showed up at Regiment in 08 and was the strongest dude in that hornline.
I wonder if he will work with the members in the winter on conditioning to get them into shape for tour. Could be a good benefit to have on tour too cause it says he works as a physical trainer. Might help reduce injuries in the corps
