  2. Well, awesome drum corps is all day. I want to know what goes in the belly!! Anyway, sitting here in chilly Wilmington, supposedly working...dreaming of warm summer Saturdays, pulling the gypsy caravan from show to show, watching the belly dancers warm up, and just having more fun than a gypsy is supposed to have (without telling fortunes!). The caravan continues tomorrow morning in Old Bridge.
  3. The reigning world champion guard at rehearsal!! The brass and percussion continuing to weave “Gypsodic!” together!! Who cares - Mary, what's for lunch?
  4. I was really enjoying the visual as much as the audio. It was obvious that the members were having fun with what they were playing. And the passion will be everything this summer!!
  5. Scott, it looks like February will end even better than it started!! You won't believe the progress since Open House.
  6. Understood. I don't know of a more-aptly named corps.
  7. The parade tune, named after that wonderful pool game, should be kicking throughout New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut parade routes all summer long!!
  8. The food is worth the trip. The instruction, intensity and friendship is what makes you stay!!

  14. Exciting weekend planned for the Bushwackers!! Kicking off 2008 in a BIG way. Remember, brass only on Saturday - brass and percussion on Sunday. Anyone coming to the Ball is welcome to stop by rehearsal and say "hi".

Well, the Bushwackers are back on schedule - loaded with talent in both the membership and staff. The design team in particular is really putting something special and unique together. And the Ball is this Saturday?!?! Yeah, it's gonna rock!!
  18. Setting up transportation now. If you need a ride, please let Josh know. The members are chomping at the bit after missing December because of the weather...can't wait to hear the results of all that pent up passion!!
  19. As a Philadelphian, I would be more than happy to send them right down to you, Fran.
  20. Sitting in a hotel up here in the capital of America's Hat - Ottawa. Already snowing!! Though I am wishing, for some stupid reason, that I was with my drum corps family, sweating my abundant butt off after a reheasal on some hot North Jersey parking lot. Merry Christmas everyone!!
