I don't think the judges are planning anything, I just think everyone is upping their game across the board.
-
Are they changing one of their tunes to the famous song sung by Sarah Silverman?
or at least an encore I'd hope!!

Carolina Crown's 07 show at finals has remained to be one of my favorite live performances I've ever seen. I don't know if it was something about the stadium it was in, and the time of day they performed, but either way, it was the most memorable show for me that night!
(though 05 scouts is one of my favorite Scout shows in the decade).

Yeah, that is weird. My only reasoning they could have is that maybe it's because Bluecoats have had higher jumps in the last couple shows than Madison?

it's up to 12 users now!

Agreed. Maybe it's because they don't ever play too much of one of the songs, so there isn't as much of an issue. Madison's arrangement of ESOM lasts quite a while.
-
Also, Troopers had quite a couple 8 count segments of "Wanted" that were cut from the dvd last year (not just the big hit). So, I don't think the time is the problem.

I was wondering the same thing...

technically, BDB could qualify for finals. I just don't think they will.
-
Cavies break 80
Troop breaks 70
Pio breaks 60
I know it's unlikely, but it'd be exciting!

This is my first summer home in three years, so I might be a little clueless. But how are these rankings decided? Is it all of the scores from the week averaged?
-
I hear they had Houdini locked in The Factory sewing the flags, but he broke out on a bicycle and fled to France, so they're a bit behind schedule.
and now he's being chased while trying to find out his identy. I guess this year he'll be behind schedule as well.
-
My only prediction is that I'm not going to have to skip any shows in both the finals and semifinals dvd this year. They all seem to be great (top to bottom).

Does anyone know why the Academy starts tour a week after everyone else. Sure, they have their home show, but that doesn't require much transportation. Is it to save gas/travel money, or just to make sure they have a very good product before starting the tour?
(I know they aren't the only one that does this, so if anyone knows why the other corps do it too, I always wondered this).

I'm surprised that Troop is getting that close to Glassmen (only based on the fan network videos). I think Glassmen look a lot more clean, but I think Troopers show will win by August (or what looks like maybe next week?). Either way, GO TROOP!!!
