Crossmen 1995 for the Barber. They were small, but mighty.
Vanguard's Bartok in 2000 was pretty ripe on the field.

If we are going to be late, is there a place to park?
There will be plenty of parking (I've been to a couple of football games). My preference, though, is parking on El Camino Real, and that will fill up quickly.

Looks like they've got the whole show on the field. And much cleaner in spots than last night's run. The potential is there for something super special. I think Helen Hess will be proud.
No "Equilibrium" on the field yet.

Too lazy to see if it's been mentioned before, and I see it's been done once in 2010, but "Welcome to the Black Parade" by My Chemical Romance would be a kicker for Bluecoats.

It looks like they aren't scheduled to travel to Northern California this year - which is weird, because Portland isn't too far from NoCal.
Have they ever competed in the California shows?

they've been to NorCal when they were D 2/3.

For the past few summers, I've joked that DCI West should just be the audition of groups for Stanford football's halftime for the upcoming season.
Maybe it should be a reality. =)

I'm 5 minutes away from Levi's. The latest issue to hit the airwaves is that the giant video screens are too bright for pilots when they fly near the stadium at night. It's in the general flight path for San Jose International.
Traffic hasn't been bad given the way the 49ers have been playing this season. I anticipate it'll be hell when the Super Bowl arrives in a couple months.
I would still love to walk to Finals from home.

both Boston Crusaders & Phantom Regiment in 2012!
2007 was the best lineup for DCI West with championships in Pasadena.

I took in some of the camp in March. The bits of "Pure Imagination" I caught aren't quite the tame version everyone knows.
"Virus Attack" is pretty formidable.
When we arrived SCV was working on their ballad. A little Willy Wonka flavor. (Serious, but it works.) It's the tune- "Come with me, and you'll see, that the world"... (something like that)
I believe it was a Bari solo- a few feet away from the MIC, amazing effects.

Why do they never come to the bay area?
They have, but when they were Div. II/III. I remember seeing them at the California State Open.
