I heard from DCA later today following my earlier post sharing that they are out of the office enjoying their holidays and someone will be in touch with me after Jan. 2 to make an exchange. I much appreciate the quick response.

I received my CD and DVD and am very happy with the quality. Received the Blu Ray and it will not work on my player that works fine with other Blu Ray disks. I left a voicemail a week ago and sent an email a few days ago requesting to exchange the disk for another and have not received any response yet. A bit concerned with customer service at this point.

Perhaps post the videos on the DCA page like WGI does. Free for streaming but at least we have the opportunity to see the recordings of the performances?
