disclosure:
Heard music from Cadets last camp. Captions extremely solid and music great fit for them.
BD and Crown consistently solid last few years.
SCV has been beefing up staff for the past few years.
Cavaliers tweaking visual design from last year's lessons.
Thats all I have for now.
This is what I would say. Maybe Madison move up 1 but I'd say that this is basically what my prediction is / what I'm hoping for this year.

Also, NightBEAT, Crown's show in Charlotte, NC, is on Saturday the 27th. That could be a reason as to why it's not on that Saturday.

You can still watch it at the UStream site ...
Is there a link you can post? I can't seem to find it.
Anyone know if you can watch the stream again somewhere?
Above he said on UStream but I can't seem to find it.

I can't believe I missed the webcast today because I was sitting on stupid I-95 in traffic coming from DC. But I saw a short clip of Medea that GH posted on Facebook. SWEET JESUS that is HOT! I can't wait to hear the entire show.
I think they're posting highlights in the coming days from the broadcast so you'll get to see it most likely.
P.S: He also posted an excerpt of the "Scherzo" to his Facebook page. Pretty solid trumpet and baritone sound.

In case anyone hasn't heard, the Cadets are posting a live video broadcast of ensemble rehearsal on this Sunday, April 28th. Information here!

All I know is that I'm super pumped to hear both of these shows since I am an absolute HUGE fan of Les Mis. I'm excited to see what C2 does with it and am thrilled to watch SCV and to see how they interpret it! I heard SCV might be using actors or guard members to portray some of the main characters, but again I just heard that so it might not be true...

I think of two groups: Blue Devils and Cadets.
Blue Devils because of, like every section, the raw talent that they bring in year after year.
Cadets because of the rep that gets written for them that they take on full out. Jay Bocook is a genius with his writing and doesn't take it easy of baritones, occasionally even the thirds get parts as difficult as the leads (granted lower pitch).
I've heard this too.

Gotta say that mine consist of:
- Madison 2011 ending...just fantastic
- Cadets 2012 ending

Cadets posted (4/2) on their website and FB that they are seeking a few more contrakids, now known as tubas.
One camp in late April. Move-ins May 15th or so. Great season anticipated.
But the instrument they also show seems quite challenging, even for an all Barber show which will be a cut above.
Yeah I think you're correct on those dates.

Hey OP, I just felt like chiming in...
- I'm sure that Phantom is looking for volume extension. Make sure you manage to work that into your daily routine (might not be as difficult on trumpet as it is on baritone).
- Have you tried "Insanity"? If you do the Cardio disc you'll be doing some of the exercises that many corps use.
Hope this helps! Good luck at your audition in the future!

Corpsreps has Carolina Crown's show listed as E=MC2. Has it been announced officially anywhere?
I've heard this is correct as well.

Good luck this year. Hopefully I'll make it to finals this year.
Thanks!

This year sounds like a good one to me for sure.

Don't know if this counts, but Cadets ripples in the arc.

Gotcha, thank you for clearing that up.
