Sorry guys. Hate to ask here, but I know there are a lot of FMA'ers here. Is the site down? I haven't been able to open the site for about 4hrs now. All I get is a "could not locate database" message. I'he shut down, restarted, everything I could from my end, nothing works.

The names of my 3 corps have changed since last season. When will this take effect. As the old names still show in my admin, am I ok to still schedule my shows?
Aftershock NZ - World Class
Aftershock NZ B - Open Class
Pandemonium NZ - Class A
Also, is there a thread or anything I need to do to join CLASS?
gcurrier?

Hey Ben, the only problem with Kauffman's 'Entertainer' was the fact that Garfield had already done this piece, same score, somewhere during the mid-70's (74-75'ish). Also that year, I think Mueller got the gig with The Colts....not sure though.

Wally says open up the left hand!
Good call Wally. 16th note pulse on right hand was never an issue......and I'm a lefty!
Bob....thanks. I do miss DC. Here in New Zealand, it's either brass bands or bagpipe & drums....uhhhggg. It's like marching is a disease here. I'm looking to start a drum corps, but equipment is so expensive....roughly 2grand for just a snare, no carriers!

After a night of camping under the stars (no housing assignment), we would like to know what our performance time is as we don't have a slot assigned. Unlike New Zealand this time of year, the Florida weather is awesome.

I have been taking part in the DCFI for about 5 or 6 years and I'm always listed as "rookie", can someone please tell me why? My corps is MIB and before that the name was the toppers, please help.
That wouldn't be of Toppers fame from Baltimore would it? One of Rod Goodharts percussion lines.

Would love to see some DCA.....marched in the 80s...now live in New Zealand.....marching seems to be a disease here....they just don't do it. Long road ahead to introduce Kiwi's to the concept.

guzzz guzzz ga duzzz guzzz guzzz ga duzzz guzzz gzzzzzzzzzzgdak boom. Darn can't even type it let alone play it. Wow, has been forever and a day since I've been here. Some history correction.....everyone seems to think Sunbury?? for birth of Superman. I seem to remember every comp year starting at Clifton, NJ and Danbury, Ct in same weekend. Won't ever forget the reaction from other corps when the announcer came across the PA with.....and in 1st place, with a score of 75.050.....
Ricky Lee....you should have taught me to play poker....might have saved me a few bare trips up n down the bus.

How exciting is this? Going into Madison for the Fanfare Championships riding a 3-way tie for first the night before in Minneapolis.
