Now that Blue Stars mention it I might pour myself a small absinthe to sip while I watch....
That's what I was just thinking. Might have to make that a tradition this season. Cheers!

Caution: turn around. The board game convention trashed & burned the place down. Nothing left but debris, ashes, & some monopoly pieces. There were a few playing games in my hotel lobby when I arrived. Looked like they were about to head to the airport. Glad to get 'em out of here...
Hah! I have some friends who just returned from GenCon. I warned them not to trash the place but I guess they didn't listen.
My brother and I are heading there tomorrow so I'll be able to assess the damage myself.
Safe travels everyone and see you there!
(Section 139 Row 14 Seats 1 and 2 all three nights, but we might be in the park Thursday if we're allowed to watch warm ups).

Is the keytar really painful in person? It's so loud
I saw them live a couple of weeks ago (Drums on the Ohio). It's a very small venue but they had everything well balanced. Volume was just right.

Evansville seems to be Phantom's adopted home away from home, which is totally fine by me. I love Evansville and I love Phantom!
This is the 2nd year they've done their spring camp in Evansville. Last year's show was great too (and familiar of course). Good things happen when they practice in Southern Indiana I guess.
I hope they come back next year too. I like seeing their preview show each year before tour.

I saw Phantom live in Evansville at Drums on the Ohio last Thursday. Also saw their preview show in Evansville before they started their tour.
Their sound and power was incredible.
Looking forward to seeing them again in Indy on Friday and Saturday. Definitely going to be a fan favorite this year.

The numerical watermark (or whatever that is on the flo broadcast) should just say "(number) 9" when Bluecoats come on.
Or, "enin rebmun" would work too.
If I'm not mistaken, that number is an unique identifier so that if you share a recording of the video they can track which account it originated from.

Going High Cam rest of the way
Almost did the same. Who directs these events for Flo? Obviously not someone who knows DCI. Their cameras for multi-cam were in the wrong place all night. At this point in the season they should have a better idea of where to point their cameras.

Man I need to get myself a proper home theater system for drum corps season lol
I sometimes watch replays of my recorded FloMarching streams in VR using the Big Screen app. It's not a real screen, but it sure looks big in VR.
Houston show that's actually Tomball

I was a Thank You Scientist fan before the Bluecoats used their music, but they did help me discover Vienna Teng. Now I want them to explore more of the Thank You Scientist genre - Look at Haken, Caligula's Horse, Ostura, Devin Townsend, etc...
