So would I count as a "corps poser"? I marched a few parades (in uniform) with QCC, rode in the stinky bus, and would have marched the season with them if they hadn't folded.
I'm not sure, I suppose not since you would have finished the season if they hadn't folded.

I've never used them just because I like to try stuff like that on before I buy it because my hand size is so awkard. That's why I buy Valeos from Sports Authority. They last longer than anyother glove I've ever had.

I like the Mesh Fingerless Gloves from Sports Authority that are Valeo Brand. I like white for practice so they won't get so hot and which ever color matches the uniforms better.

The best ever "busted" story in DCI history unfolded like this...
"How Tony Aleguas met himself on tour"
Tony Aleguas was a snare drummer in Suncoast Sound in 1985 and 1986. He was also second in snare at I&E, with the most creative solo anyone had seen in years. Anyway, somewhere on tour in '86 Tony lost his Suncoast corps jacket (I seem to recall it was in Kansas).
The following year, 1987, Tony was in the Blue Devils snare line. After a show somewhere in the midwest, Tony saw a kid in a Suncoast jacket. He figured he'd be nice and go see who it was. When the kid turned around, Tony saw that he was wearing HIS member jacket! Tony, being the funny guy he is, said something like, "Wow you are Tony Aleguas? Your snare solo last year was amazing!" Meanwhile, the some of the guys in the BD snare line who where there were trying not to snicker.
The kid goes on about how well he played. Eventually, Tony told him who he was, showed the kid his ID, and took his Suncoast jacket back. Apparantly the kid was mortified, and that was good enough for Tony.
Tony told me that story when we were working at Disney about a year later...
That is the best busted story. I love that, it's hilarious.

Several years ago I met a guy at a band contest in Georgia. We started discussing drum corps and he proceeds to offer to me that he had marched Spirit of Atlanta. I asked him what he played and he said snare. Then I asked him what years he marched and he replied "only in 1987". Really interested then I asked him where did he stand in the line at finals in Kansas City? He said third from the left when you are looking at the line. Well I had him then. So I replied "well you are really busted, as Finals in 87 were in Madison, and I was the third snare from the left in 1987 Spirit of Atlanta." Guy excuses himself to go to the toilet...and never returns. BUSTED!!!
Oh, Man Bust. That's so Freakin Funny. He got Burned so Darn Bad.

Okay. I was gonna visit mom but she's moving and she only had so much time to do it and everything so I wouldn't really be able to stay unless I slept in the van. Plus of that stupid JackButt Gene who hit my mom and Jess so they have to move out. I know she'll come see me durning the GA show and maybe even the Home Show. I miss my mom and sisters. :(
I hate Gene, who wants to help me with a murder plot. Jk (then I would look like the bad guy.)

Heh, I'm bored as all ####. I run everyday, practice my brass book. Look over drill and make usre everything is copasetic in my dotbook. Blah, but it isn't enough for me. Hehe, I need to move in like tomorrow. Yeah, that would rock.
Yeah, I can't wait till move in. All I'm doing to work on drill is just reviewing dots, since the band field isn't painted yet (Trent's gonna paint it so we can practice on off days) and I practice my horn and run. Running sucks, but I might as well get used to it. Only FOUR days till death camp ^0^ !
Yea, he told dad that. Can you tell me by forum or pm when he gets that done.

Yep, I am sooo happy school is finally out. No more tests or exams, thank God! I guess I will miss some things about school but I'll be plenty busy this summer to avoid getting bored.Definately, I hate exams. They are EVIL and Out to Get ME! The only thing I'll miss about school is my friends cause you know I'm to lazy to call. More Lizzy what will her and Misty ever do with out me. Oh well. Don't talk to Mr. harvey about my exam grade, it's his fault I didn't have time to study. :( .

YO I'm IN Mr. Johnson's class and bored as #### But I dig the Opener it's got those sweet solos and that duet. ^0^
Mr. Johnson's class was the coolest. He always let us on his computer and everything, you besides that fact that there were nothing but morons in there (expect me I'm Smart).
