I also had a load of my SCV videos taken down in the last few days. SCV must be on a youtube copyright cleansing spree.....

Version 1.1 is now available in the Windows Phone Store! If you previously installed the app, you can either wait for your phone to automatically detect the update or follow the link/QR code in the first post of this thread to get the update immediately.

I can't seem to get this app to run on my phone. When I click it, it opens up, it shows the getting list of events thing in the middle with the wiggly green bars, and 2013 is shown in the dropdown box at the top. After a second or so the app just exits back to the app list.
The phone is a lumia 820 running windows phone 8.0.
Shouldn't make a difference that I'm accessing it from the UK should it?

All corps members must be residents of their corps' home state for at least one year prior to the start of camps for a given competitive season.
Really??? apart from stopping people from all over the country marching in whichever corps they want to, you might as well just rename it DCUS, as it also alienates anyone from the rest of the world marching!

I would suggest NOT sending a pre-made parcel. Being from the UK myself and having marched DCI, I loved it when I got tour parcels with stuff personal to me. Letters, photos, food that you can't get in the states (Twix is my fav choc bar, but they aren't the same in the states!!), random crap, anything basically! Much better than receiving a pre-made parcel.

One more thing to add to this:
Think of all the people NOT living in the US that would love the opportunity to watch finals live. I can guarantee that there would be hundreds of people in Europe who would pay good money to watch finals live!

Maybe I'm cheesy but Cadets 2002 "An American Revival" gives me goosebumps. They do an incredible job connecting with the crowed in this show.
Phantom 1996 is a ride so is 2003.
Most emotional thing ever has to be Santa Clara Vanguard 2000, specifically the ballad - Adagio for Strings. It's seriously heart wrenching.

And now I've just had to sit through this to actually get back into my account: https://www.youtube.com/copyright_school and I actually had to answer the questions correctly to be able to continue...... Having a copyright strike against my account has also disabled a load of features.... glad I don't really use my account for much these days or I'd be majorly ###### off!
They've only removed 2 out of 6 videos though... wonder how long it will be before they are all gone...
