  1. The bond between these two is like nothing else I know. It is a special organization!

John, the crowd loves all of you a ton.

And yeah, the exhibition alumni corps put the time in one the field when it's hot out just like everyone else. It's still rough. :satisfied:/>

There's something I forgot to mention, I'll have to do that later. I'll send you a PM. Let me put it this way, I respect BOTH the active and alumni corps for who they are and what they represent.

  2. When I saw that the White Sabre's hired Austin Jabault my jaw dropped you have made a great choice

Austin was a fantastic snare drummer for the Glassmen and he was under Rob Ferguson's wing during his time with the corps !

It will be very interesting seeing and hearing what he prouduces ! I wish your corps all the best for the up coming season !!!!!

    Smitty

How about the production of a 2nd place class A drum line last year!

  3. Only because of the score they got the week before. That was just so WRONG!

I think Kidsgrove should have been 5th and possibly 4th.

The judges have a score to go by now. That should help them from getting slotted so low going in. It will be a uphill battle for sure but I suspect their prelims score will be closer to 5th or 6th rather than 9th or 10th.

    Were you in Bridgeport 2010?

You seem to have a trend of judging shows you weren't at, wish I had that ability, could make myself a lot of money.

Kidsgrove was GOOD in 2010, quite GOOD, but to put that show against any of the top 5 is just asinine.

Not to mention the percussion section who got LAST on the field at finals....
