It's so simple.....just calculate the cost of air conditioning the stadium on thurs then offer dci 80% of the cost and open the roof, it's a win win DCI gets $$$ stadium saves $$ which increases their profit for the event.....it's so simple, and if dcp'ers volunteered to surround the stadium fanning everyone with newspapers.....

For just the second time in Drum Corps International history, Open and World Class corps will compete head to head at the World Championship Prelims on Thursday, Aug. 9. The world's best marching musicians from 40 corps will take the field at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis for this unforgettable event.
The top 25 scoring corps from the Prelims will advance to the Semifinals on Friday, Aug. 10.
Performance order for the World Class portion of the following Prelims lineup was determined by the average scores from San Antonio, Texas (July 21), Atlanta, Ga. (July 28) and Allentown, Pa. (Aug. 3-4). The Open Class portion will be determined by the results of the Open Class Finals on Tuesday, Aug. 7 in Michigan City, Ind.

Crown has been week in the same areas all summer they have a week to address them...remember just because the brass is spectacular does mean drums and other areas are in the same catagory

since bluecoats hasn't had a show since the 29th will they score a 90-91 to keep in the scv tail and large margin over 7th......or will the extended time off have a rusty performance.....and most importantly will Mother Nature &*&*#$#$%$ cool if with the thunder storms
