Anyone with the last name Czapinski should NEVER judge in DCI ever again... End of story. Especially at competitions where Phantom is at, because let's be serious here, look at the recaps of every show both of the Czapinskis have judged at and tell me that they don't ALWAYS give them a low score... Someone the day before has them up .80, then the Czapinkskis knock'em down the next day...
