These multiple dates will allow us to create a smaller, more intimate audition process for the brass section, while expanding our membership to be bigger and better for the entire corps for 2008! Below is all the information you will need to audition, and find a date and location that will be best for you! The Fever web site is currently undergoing construction for the next few days, so please do your best to spread the information, and look for the new look of the web site coming soon!! In the mean time, should you have any questions, contact information is below. Fever looks forward to welcoming new and old into our most successful year yet! Brass Auditions Dates, Times and Places -- December 08, 2007 from 1:00 -- 7:00 PM at Roosevelt Jr. High School, Modesto, CA December 09, 2007 from 12:00 -- 6:00 PM at Bullard High School, Fresno, CA December 15, 2007 from 12:00 -- 6:00 PM at Frontier High School, Bakersfield,CA December 15, 2007 from 12:00 -- 6:00 PM at Monache High School, Porterville, CA What to Bring -- Brass Auditions: Prospective members are encouraged but NOT required to bring two contrasting etudes; one lyrical and one technical. **Please bring your own horn to audition on, a limited amount will be provided. Percussion Auditions Date, Time and Place -- December 08, 2007 from 12:00 -- 6:00 PM at Clovis East High School, Clovis, CA What to Bring -- Instruments will be provided, please make sure to bring, sticks/mallets, pads, proper marching attire, water, music folder w/sheet protectors and pencils. Colorguard Auditions Date, Time and Place -- Stay tuned for guard audition dates in the near future. The colorguard is currently working on it's winter guard show and will be holding auditions for the summer guard in early spring. Please send an e-mail to: Feverguard@yahoo.com to be put on the colorguard e-mail information list, as the colorguard will have an upcoming information meeting. Schedule and payment information for the colorguard can be picked up at any of the above brass/percussion audition sites. Video Auditions (by Mail) If you are unable to make an audition (i.e. out of state member, conflicting school functions, etc.), please send an e-mail to Feverguard@yahoo.com with an explanation, so that it may be directed to your caption head. You will receive a response with “Video Audition” instructions along with a mailing address. Audition Fee $25 per member Staff Members Include Brass -- Adam Wilke and Matt Carroll Percussion -- Eric Melson, Tom Linder and Gary Smith Colorguard -- Shavon Garcia and Tara Martinez Visual -- Darren Stack, Chris Arriola and Chris Borwey Music Coordinator -- Phil Vallejo 2008 Summer Tour Fever will be making it's way out to DCI World Championships in Indianapolis, Indiana!!
