Has anyone else heard this? I lived in St. Louis for nine years for college and my first job. Always wondered why, after the Belleville Black Knights and Memorial Lancers both died, no one tried to start something there. We ran a DCM show at Busch Stadium in 1986 that was very well attended and sponsored, and then DCI tried to run the DCI Midwest regional there in 1987, but finals got rained out. There seems to be enough talent in the area, as well as many drum corps alums of all different corps.
