The Red Knights are presently a parade - exhibition unit with future ambitions of going into field competition. In addition to musical knowledge, conducting, and performance talents, the Drum Major is expected to be the first line of corps discipline. An experienced major is preferable, but any person who shows promise and abilities to sucessfully fill the position will be given every chance to do so.
