Phan Doris Posted July 23, 2004 Share Posted July 23, 2004 Ah, yes, The Meadowlands! That was where Doris first felt like a midget while trying to shower in one of the locker rooms. The shower heads, obviously high enough to accommodate those professional football players who only shop at the Big & Tall clothing stores, were so high that Doris couldn't adjust the flow. I think they were pretty close though if I heard the scores correctly. The PA system was horrible and then they fixed it and it was slightly less horrible but still barely intelligible. The pit overpowered the hornline sometimes, and they were the only ones that did a sound check beforehand. I knew right away they set the volume too loud. So I spelled "favourite" correctly.
