byline
Summer rain in Cali is quite rare. El Niño only intensifies the winter rains. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> OK, no rain then, but there is that prospect of an earthquake!
dmfootworks
You forgot "big devastating earthquake expected any second" <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Ahhh, but earthquakes can't be predicted. That's one of the reasons they're such nasty things. But which has greater odds: that it will rain on Finals night anyplace away from the West Coast, or that there will be an earthquake on Finals night is Pasadena? Enjoy the weather, enjoy the show. dmfootworks
OK, no rain then, but there is that prospect of an earthquake! <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I suppose so. I think there is a major earthquake about twice a decade. Which means you have a greater chance of getting into an automobile . . . Oh, never mind! element43
You forgot "big devastating earthquake expected any second" <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Big earthquake? Not likely. Big devastating earthquake? I doubt it. I've been through plenty of earthquakes, they're not scary or devastating most of the time. Northridge earthquake in '94, big yes, scary and devastating? Not really.
