Highlights of the March camp are 1) our brass arranger, Larry Kerchner, will be on hand to lend his expert ear to his brass arrangements and 2) the corps will be participating in the Southside St. Patrick's Day Parade on Sunday, March 11th in Chicago, IL. Directorofbands
24 hours and many members and staff of the 2007 Pioneer will begin their trek towards Cudahy Middle School (Milwaukee). Will you be among them? This is an exciting time for Pioneer as the Texas camp in February went swimmingly, three more external recruitment camps to go and an uber hot vibe growing as we press closer to the 07 season. (And, a parade on Chicago's south side. 250,000 "happy" Irishmen viewing the "Irish Corps" for their first public performance of the 07 season. What more could you ask for!!!!!) Come join the growing vibe in Milwaukee!!! Edited March 8, 2007 by Directorofbands
morganhill
Out of curiosity, how did your Texas brass camp turn out last month? Are you now over the 30 members mark?
Directorofbands
Out of curiosity, how did your Texas brass camp turn out last month? Are you now over the 30 members mark? 1) Texas camp went well and we've added some more new blood to the brass line. 2) 30 member mark? Hmmm, reread the last page of this thread for your answer.....again. http://www.drumcorpsplanet.com/forums/inde...showtopic=93279
Directorofbands
If you're looking for a place to march - come on. Like I said somewhere else, we have the busses, the horns, the equipment, the FOOD PROGRAM, the staff and the members. We still have room for you! see www.pioneer-corps.org for more info or come on out to Cudahy Middle School at 8:00 tonight. (I'll be there by 10:00) The feeling of family is something special, and I GUARANTEE once you walk through the doors, you'll be treated as family. Rides available from O Hare and Milwaukee airports!
