We are working to finalize all the details for the audition camp. Please mark your calendars for December 15-16, 2007. The camp will be held at:Kearny Christian Academy 22 Wilson Ave. Kearny, NJ 07032 In the next few days all membership info will be posted on our website. Kindly print out these forms and bring the completed paperwork with you to the camp. The member application should include a $10 check for returning members and $25 check for new members, payable to the Raiders. This will cover your cost of the camp and Raider Tshirt! Stay tuned to www.drumcorpsplanet.com and www.raidersdbc.org for the Raiders 2008 recruitment video to be posted by the end of the week. Camp will begin at 9:00am for returning members and 10:00am for new members. Camp will end Sunday at 4pm with a short preview show for all our parents and fans. 2008 Raider Caption Heads If you wish to ask any questions to your caption head. Here is their email. They will be sending you rehearsal material in the next week. The Raiders are one of the premier drum & bugle corps in DCI Open Class Competition. The corps will tour 10 days in early July. The Raider 2nd tour of 21 days of competition across the country including Drum Corps International World Championship in Indianapolis, IN. There the Raiders will compete with over 20 corps from across North America for the World Championships. We will also attend the World Class Finals to watch the Cadets, Blue Devils, and Cavies shoot it out a Gold Medal! I look forward to meeting you all. We are all extremely excited about the growth of the corps. To date, there are over 200 signups of new members. We plan on marching 45 Brass, 7 Snares, 4 Quints, 5 Bass, 5 Cymbals, 24 Guard, and 2 Drum Majors. If you or your parents have any questions, feel free to email or call me directly.
