SFMO Winter Classic

On the first Tuesday of the season (barring a scheduling change), SFMO will host it's winter version of it's home show, the SFMO Winter Classic! The event will take place at A.J. McClung Memorial Stadium in downtown ("uptown" to the locals) Columbus, GA.

I'm going to go ahead and bet on a medium-sized show (see the most recent DCP-I Congress' new passed proposals for an explanation). The schedule will go a little something like this:

Welcome and National Anthem – 3:30

Corps One – 4:59

Corps Two – 5:16

Corps Three – 5:33

Corps Four – 5:50

Corps Five – 6:07

Corps Six - 6:24

Corps Seven - 6:41

Corps Eight - 6:58

INTERMISSION – 34 Minutes -7:15

Corps Nine- 7:49

Corps Ten – 8:06

Corps Eleven - 8:23

Corps Twelve – 8:40

Corps Thirteen – 8:57

Corps Fourteen – 9:14

Corps Fifteen – 9:31

Inferno - 9:48

Exhibition - The Torchmen (CLASS ACT Silver Medalist)– 10:10

Retreat (Full Retreat for World and Open Class Corps)- 10:30

My Open and A corps will be scattered in there somewhere. Performance order will be in class order (A, Open, World), and corps within each class will perform based on their final ranking from Season XIV; new corps will perform first, and the host corps will go last. I hope to see the South's best corps there, on the first Tuesday of the season!

Note: The event thread itself will be posted closer to the opening weekend, with the completed schedule and housing info (a pain around Columbus, but I'll make it work).
