Cambridge City Council has presented a $3,500 grant to Preston Scout House Band Inc., continuing a tradition of annual support that dates back to early Preston Scout House Band activities in the 1940s.

New World Drum Corps Hall Of Fame Webmaster Gail Langan
Associate member Gail Langan, inducted in 2017, is the new World Drum Corps Hall of Fame (WDCHoF) website master, replacing Dan Rippon, a regular member inducted in 2012, who will continue to serve as website assistant. The appointment was announced by WDCHoF president Richard Templin on September 14.

DCA Elects New President
Drum Corps Associates held a meeting of all corps directors last month to elect a new President following the resignation of Allen Buell By a unanimous vote John Carr was elected as the new President of DCA. Previously, John has served the last three years as DCA Treasurer and Compliance Officer.
