I checked out the facts on the DCI web site and am quoting the following "After successful tests of live streaming video in Lisle, ILL., and Columbia, Mo., DCI.org has added the evening competition to DCI Indianapolis to the list of live streamed events exclusive to members of the DCI Season Pass." So, my understanding of this statement from DCI is that Indy was not a beta test. This was indeed an advertised component of the Season pass subscription. I am aware that with any technology, stuff does indeed happen to any organization. Again, to stress my point one more time - DCI should, as a common courtesy, post a simple note when any planned showing of a corps video was not available with a simple explanation of something such as unavailable due to technical difficulties. I would think that anyone in a similar situation would appreciate that knowledge.

And for the record, I think you missed my point. I can't help your interpretation of what I wrote. What I am upset about is the fact that DCI did not make any written indication or announcement to its season pass subscribers that they had experienced some technical difficulty with this video. It is just plain good customer service for them to indicate to their customers when a video of any corps is not available, not just the Colts, but any corps. When you pay good money for a subscription whether from DCI or any other business, you deserve good customer service and in this case it did not happen. That is my point.

I have e-mailed DCI about the missing Colts video and am awaiting a response from them. I guess my point is you would think someone at DCI would have noticed this or I am expecting too much?

<**> As a parent of a Colt, I am more than a little upset that DCI did not stream the Colts performance from Indy Saturday night July 8th. I could not find any announcement (or apology for that matter) from DCI that they experienced a technical difficulty which would prevent them from streaming this particular performance. One would think they would care enough to make some comment about the lack of a Colts video. Since they didn't communicate anything about this situation, I can only assume they really don't care about their Colts season pass subscribers. Maybe I will have to make a point with DCI with my wallet when it comes time to renew (or not renew) my DCI season pass for another year. Any other Colts fans feel the same way or is it just me?
