Hopefully those days are over. Illegal drugs are just that. Illegal. Anyone caught using them should not only be sent home, they should be turned over to the authorities for possession. At any level of drum corps.

I looked over Saturday afternoon and said what the heck are those while Mandarins were on. I don't think they add much, if anything at all. The guard is really technically good but they seemed a little old-fashioned to me. Like they are stuck in a mid-nineties time warp.
