Brooklyn United is now preparing for the Bay Ridge Brooklyn Ragamuffin Parade Saturday Sept 29th. We will have rehearslas at St Gerards Hall (OLPH) Wednesdays Sept 19th & 26th 5902 6th Ave Brooklyn, NY 11220 6-8pm. We also prepare for the Great Alliance of Seniors this upcoming May & we are looking into hosting Music Under The Bridge stage show I&E 2013. Openings in all section. Come sit in. All welcome. We seek individuals, duets, quartets, corps to donate time to this event. The MC will be Duke Terreri, Brass Clinic by Al Chez > performances by Bon Bon chorus, Holy Name Garfield Cadet Alumni, Latin Express, Lambertville Volunteers, Wynn Center Toppers & host Brooklyn United > How About You!!!!

Music Under The Bridge hosted by Brooklyn United will take place Saturday October 15th at the RidgeField Park Elks 1506 Spruce Ave & Cedar streets RidgeField Park, NJ 07660. The show will be FREE to spectators and we're seeking individuals & corps to donate time to this event. Al Chez will start off this Free Day of Drum Corps by hosting a clinic. Brooklyn United is seeking help in securing a location for Music Under The Bridge stage show.We're seeking a location in BKLYN, SI or NJ that might barter use of facility for bar and food sales.This is a FREE show so no admission to spectators. Also since no judges all individuals & corps donate time to this event. Any expenses we may occur will be taken care of by program ad sales. The BIG problem in Brooklyn is parking. We have used Kingsborough Community College the last 5 years but looks like no open dates and we're priced out of use for this facility. We have paid big bucks to use this beautiful campus but it's time to re-invent the show. A smaller venue that could be donated for use for offset of refreshment and food sales. The location would also have to have parking. We're not looking to partner with anyone just to barter use of facility. If you have any idea's or contacts for Saturday October 15th PLEASE shoot me an email. I have decieded to stay on as Director of BU but as you can see I need some help. If you as an individual or Corps would like to donate time to the show it would be MUCH appreciated. THANKS so much for listening and any help you can offer.

Brooklyn United will be attending the Great Alliance of Seniors at the Boston Quincy Marriott. It takes place Friday April 29th - Sunday May 1st. We are seeking anyone who would like to sit in with us. Dress is white polo & black pants & shoes. We will have a rehearsal @ the Quincy Marriott 3pm on Friday April 29th. We have a report time of 11am on Saturday & perform @ 11:45.
