The following rankings are based on recent head to head competition. As such, I feel strongly this is a much more accurate way of ranking corps than using scores from show to show. To reflect the fact that all the corps cannot be placed into one master list, I have used letters instead of numbers. Of course, some corps have been going back and forth so there is always a great deal of room for movement. A. Blue Devils B. Cavaliers C. Cadets D. Bluecoats E. Phantom Regiment F. Carolina Crown G. Boston Crusaders H. Madison Scouts I. Glassmen J. Colts K. Crossmen Spirit falls somewhere below Carolina Crown and above Crossmen but there has not been enough head to head competition to pin it down further. It gets more confusing after that, as the following corps have not competed head to head with the above and could be almost anywhere in the list. A. SCV B. Blue Knights C. Seattle Cascades The following corps are also difficult to put into the list but likely all fall near the bottom in the following order. A. Blue Stars B. Capital Regiment C. Southwind D. Magic E. Pioneer

I'm just curious. Apparantly some corps ban members from participating in internet groups such as this. I am curious as to how widespread this is. Is this commonplace? It seems like it could not be enforced due to anonimity. I have heard the cadets do this. I also know that the Boston Crusaders recently tried to shut down a myspace group that discussed the corps. Are there others?
