  7. I just had a thought, if everyone could make an attempt to let Drew our director know your coming, that would be a great help. I can just see it now, we have our punch and pie and poof a million people show!

  9. You might want to read your Verizon terms of service agreement. 3.7.5 You may not use the Broadband Service to host any type of server personal or commercial in nature. http://www.verizon.net/policies/popups/tos_popup.asp Also I don't think the space they lend you is for use commercially.
  10. The High Country Brass is holding an open house February 18th at Rangeview High School located in Aurora CO. Come and meet the members and grab a horn and play along. Get all the latest info and see where we are headed. Need more info? Head on over to http://www.HighCountryBrass.org. You can also email our director at drewgly@msn.com.
  11. Ok got a site up with all the music I got, now its up to all of you to add even more! please go to http://www.DrumCorpsMusic.org and register. This is only the beta site. In the future we see some awesome things happening. For now, its just a bunch of files. Soon we might even have better organization. hehe hope everyone loves this site.
  12. Ok I got all the music digitized ( took me long enough I know! ) I am going to buy a domain and put all these up online for free. There will also be a place where anyone can upload new stuff. Sound like a good idea? It does to me. Its too hard to find music for G bugle groups. I hope this new site will help.
  13. Ah yes that slide does move but not as freely as a trombone slide. As soon as I can I will get some more photos of it. Also there is no stop for this slide. I can pull it all the way out. Just FYI, anyone interested should get this quick. Guy in the Philippines wants it for the full $700. I would rather not ship it there, but if no one else wants it then I will.
  14. I am not at home right now to get the number. But the tuning slides do work but can get a little stuck. Greeseing them up does the trick. I dont think this one has a slide stop. I can pull out all the slides when I clean it.
  15. This baby has been with me for a long time. It does have its share of dents but it sounds powerful and dark. Lets start the price off at $700. Best offer can have it. Don't forget Shipping will be included after the fact.
  16. I got my reply. I am driving to Casper to get my Contra on the 27th or 28th.
  17. We would love to go play anywhere! but we need funds to get us there.
  18. Greetings from your friendly Denver neighborhood Contra player Mitch! I would like to introduce you once more to Denver's one and only all aged drum and bugle corps. The High Country Brass! The High Country Brass, founded in 2004 by Drew Tyburczy, has steadily grown over these past 2 years. With the dedication of its members and friends we have surpassed all our expectations. In our current position we are now ready to start buying more instruments, getting music arrangers and field show writers on board. But without your help we will have to struggle to reach our ultimate goal. If you would all please follow me to http://www.HighCountryBrass.org and click on our donate button and donate any amount that you can, you will be one of those esteemed individuals that have made a difference in this drum corps existents. The High Country Brass is formed by many aged out DCI vets and even some drum corps new comers. We all have the same urge to go out and perform. If you are like us and would like to see us in the future or even join us, please head over to http://www.HighCountryBrass.org today! Any donations are welcome! Thank you all for your time and look forward to The High Country Brass of Denver CO!
