Some one said above that they use Quarterfinals as the camera crews run through. So why, are they cinecasting a dress rehearsal? They should A) go to one of the end of the season regoinals and start writing their scripts there... or B) Telecast Semi's instead of Quarterfinals. You get to see the same amount of corps... but the camera crew could use Quarterfinals as a dress run through... and Jessica could use a dress run through as well... picking better interviews. That Madison guard member and Vanguard's Mr. Moto last night had the theater I was at in stiches!

It's all well and good to go to regionals, but then, you still don't get to see top quality finals performances! Not to mention the fact that the west coast gets Phantom Regiment once in awhile. I have not seen Cavies, the Cadets or a bunch of other corps out here. I am super excited to go to finals next year, since I can afford to go because of it being here in California. But come on. 10 years is a REALLY long time. <**> Sucks for the fans that don't get a chance to see all the big dogs under one roof...

Okay, so I am sure this topic has been hashed out before, so forgive me if I am rekindling an old thread.
This is my first year marching with a senior corps. (I am having the time of my life, and have the bruises to prove it! Silly Sabre!) And I am confused about the DCI judges using DCA sheets and hearing that they aren't well trained on the sheets, and I know this happens out here on the west coast, since we are "allowed" to attend DCI shows as we have no DCA sanctioned shows... but am wondering if this happens back east?
Clarification would be much appriciated!
PS, hope you are all (Dream, Renegades and RCR) are having fun at the senior corps mixer tonight in Sunnyvale. Thank goodness we don't have rehearsal tomorrow! :P

Yay for being under the lights tomorrow!!!!!
