Just some chick on drums

Hey, I've been marching on snare for a couple of seasons now and I'm just wondering if anyone else is bothered by severe pains in the low neck/upper back? Last year I ended up in physical therapy, which helped, but now that our season is gearing up again.... you guessed it, the pain is back. Just wonderin' Thanks
