I play Euph/Contra, but I'd love to be in a cymbal line again.

Care to explain these 2 before the close?
Boston was a very tough corps back in the day. You did NOT want to mess with them. As such, they had rivalries with most corps.
I've always seen Phantom have a restrained or Spartan-like demeanor, but a bad attitude? I don't follow...
Back on topic, I understand and appreciate that the Blue Devil organizations work very hard and they deserve their titles. That being said, I can't stand their approach and programming choices.

I forget the link, but I saw a WGI percussion line playing Phantom 03 with some watered down battery parts.
My face when I watched it:

and a school with blue knights uni's and trooper- style aussies.
i gagged on my popcorn.

BOSTON CRUSADERS ARE NOT FROM FLORIDA ??
The Crusaders are from Boston. Sure, they have camps in Florida and that's where a decent amount of their member base is from, but their corps hall is (guess what?) in Boston. Nut I mean, they have their spring training in New Hampshire, so they might as well be from NH right?

My hat's off to anyone who marched in a small corps. I know how hard it is competing against other corps that have numbers that are 2 maybe 3 times yours.
-
They don't always march, but when they do, they march DCI.
Stay playing my friends.

Mirrorthrone, probably off his album Gangrene. So Frail or No One By My Side would be my choice.
And it would be the darkest show in DCI history.

You guys are in great hands, see you on the road this summer!

A friend of mine went as the girl from The Zone, umbrella and all.

Did the Spartans or did the Spartans not fold into Citations last year??? It's basically the same thing only flip flopped.
The majority of the instructional staff moved from the Spartans in 2007 to Citations in 2008. The only real difference is that the Spartans were able to get another staff together to be active for one more season and faced bankruptcy after the 2008 season.

Back of the Bus miss step offs at Finals and likes it!

not when women are back there
BOTB still sucks.
-
Except that the Citations staff sits like that every year because their website guy works part time. Just give it another few weeks.
Besides, it's October 1st. It's still too early to make a call on anything.

I think some of my faves on that site are the 'Coat ones with the Autumn Leaves motif....some good stuff there.
Completely agree. Depending on finances and time on tour, I'll be getting a corps-related one this year.

Obnoxiously fix'd
Obnoxiously true.

Great video, really captures how emotional the summer is/can be.

What is it about drum corps...

The main difference between Open and World classes is Open Class corps operate on usually a smaller scale than World Class corps. Open Class corps usually have less shows, a shorter tour, lower tour fees, and are more likely to stay in their region until Finals. Open Class corps tend to be smaller in membership too, any where from the maximum of 150 to 30 members.
