The audio quality on the CDs are fine, just quiet.

You can thank reasonable mastering for that. There are actual dynamics.

If you think that the CDs are quiet, listen to the 3rd track on the the 2nd CD. Madison will blow you away, as always.

When I got the CD, I listened to Madison all the way up on my stereo... Boston came on afterward and I asked my brother if he had turned the volume down about halfway through the show because it was so much softer... he hadn't... I'm not sayin' anything... I'm just sayin'.

your numbers were off by more than 5 people... what was said was that there was that many people at both camps combined, i told you the numbers from THE END of the MADISON camp, after some people had gone home. and how in the world did someone go to both the Madison and TX camps?!? if the statement that this person went to both of the camps doesn't seem like enough of an outright lie, shouldn't the fact that their numbers were not even close seem like enough of one? and yes, this IS a forum, but the people reading it should not be subject to things that simply are not true. barring your last comment, your original comment was made to create the impression that Madison is having a disappointing turnout for auditions, and with creating THAT impression, you create the impression that Madison is going to have a disappointing season... which simply is not true. you can say you love the Madison Scouts as much as the next person, and you can tell me to Never Walk Alone as much as the next person, but you are saying things on this forum that are creating the impression to the readers that Madison is not going to be Madison in 2007... and i'd like you to stop.

At the end of the weekend, at the last brass block, when some people had gone home... this is the total count of brass players who were standing in the arc: 17 Baritones, 10 Contras, 10 Mellos, and 19 Sops... that is only the numbers from the last brass block of only one of the two camps... the TX camp was almost certainly bigger than half of that... the numbers that people are posting are absolutely wrong, and I don't understand why people get away with saying things that they not only have no business saying, but are also outright lies. Madison is going to be fine.
