I’ve been a bit meh on Crown this year, but after watching it in the theater, I finally get it. Absolutely a brilliant show, and I’m sorry that it took me so long to recognize this. Basically a ballet on the field. Incredible show.
I hear you. Today was the first time I liked Crown all year.

Crown has cleaned a lot of drill. This going to be a tough one.

Yes, I can see Broken City's snare writing in Crown. They made a good choice in getting Jackson and Shaw over there. Oh yeah, a lot of Broken City in there. Nice stuff.

Sounded like that to me too, but I've been told that's mostly an artifact of Flo mic placement
Yes, heard that on number 1 side.

Great run for Phantom. Mandarins better have a hot run too. (I think they will)
-
Flo, you got the kick step this time. Thank you.

Flo, please don't miss the Phantom kick step, like last time.

Steven Estudio wrote a really nice drill for Phantom. Too bad PC couldn't have kept him.

I do miss seeing Cadets’ ankles … From a VP angle, that was ballsy.
Yes, that is an improvement. Such a simple fix. Socks!

Like Cadets show, but seems like would be much better in person?

High energy run for Cavies. These boys know how to put it out there.

Who was last drumline to win drums in a much lower overall placing corps? Bridgemen?
-
Drum judge is right up in Cavies face. Love it! High drums tonite? They are having a good run.

1975 Muchachos. Quite the tale. Also includes Muchachos director murdering Garfield’s DM, and a former Cavalier MM convicted of impersonating a gynecologist. I am not making this up.
Don't forget overage MM in Bridgemen and overage snare from the UK in SCV. Gail Royer was not pleased. The director murdering the other DM is a true story. I think he was in the big house for a few years and then came back and was a director again. I could be wrong on that last part. NJ folks?; The gyn thing is news to me.

BS's 4th tenor has fit in nicely. But I don't know if I would have gone thru all that to learn the show for 1 week.

We're like 20 years beyond anyone caring about that.
I personally like the harmonica, but prelims is the magical time when a stink is made. As in baby powder, overage members, overage members, etc. Let's see.

Yeah that’s been in for a few weeks
Yeah, but I'd like to see the 1971 version.
