The Strikers AllStars Drumline is an indoor drumline of High School students, based in Crystal Lake Illinois. The All-Stars perform at halftime of basketball games at local high schools. They will be the featured performer at the fourth annual Evening of Percussion at the Raue Center in Crystal Lake. A bass drum spinner mechanism was first patented in 1958. www.uspto.gov #2,854,880 The idea is old, but the Dynasty bass drum spinner is an improved design over previous mechanisms. It was used first by the Chicago Bulls Stampede last Fall, then NorthCoast this past Spring, now Blue Devils. And it's coming soon to a high school, college, drum corps, indoor line, parade corps, Brazilian band, pipe band, and bass line near you.
