I gave the nod to Kilties over TB because Kilties march a bit better and their hornline was a bit more solid. Kilties guard too is much improved.

I would have to agree. Tampa didn't do much moving around. Bush, well that is just too bad. Hopefully they will get it together next year.
Given recent history with Kilties seeded top 10 last three years, I wouldnt be bowled over if another bad surprise was delivered their way.

This is typically where someone says Kilties have a chance but we've been down this road before. Based on my seeing them this year they should beat both Bush and TB but who knows?

I don't understand this remark. Is finals too long for you to remain interested? Are you only happy when someone gets excluded?
If somehow the number of open class corps that came to nationals dipped under 10 whats the harm of allowing all to go on? It has already been decided that 10 for Open and 3 for Class A is a workable number which provides for a good show. For some people, DCA finals is the only show they attend and you want to ensure that they dont get to see all the corps.
