I, for one, never believed those scandalous rumors. And with the heavy summer rehearsal schedule, those extra beer lifts are really paying dividends!

We have plenty of notes. It's breath marks that have us a bit perplexed.

And so the 2009 season begins. What better way to spend the winter!!

Spent 27.5 active years with the US Army (1976 - 2003). 2 tours at Ft. Bragg, NC (jumped out of a few perfectly good airplanes) 1 tour in Germany (10 in years; 6 of which as an Atomic Demolition technician - a real blast!) 1 tour in S. Korea (5.5 years- customs like you've never seen!) Finally retired in 2003 and I continued my service as a government civilian, first with the Navy and now the Air Force. The Marines may have to wait! I'm having an absolute blast since getting back in Drum Corps. It's like the fountain of youth!

Your daughter?!? Hey, some day she'll get married and move out of the house. Your embarassment will be restricted to the all-to-few holiday gatherings. I'm competing against my wife! I'll have to start putting in overtime just to escape; the torment will be continuous; only death will give me relief... and I don't care who's.

Yes, congratulations go to Dale and the hardworking members who will compete. Interestingly, this also brings many family matchups; husband/wife, father/daughter, etc. combinations who will be competing against each other. Should be a great time for all.

We were just burping through the horns. It's very stressful carrying around these big lightening rods!!

Hmmm, I was trying to decide if I wanted to go to the Beanpot show or the East Coast Classic. Guess I have my answer now!!
