  1. Hi I teach outdoor guard and I really like using Prowler shoes. They come in white, black, tan and they are less than $30.00. I've used them for four years now and all the girls say that they are more comfortable then their tennis shoes. The biggest plus for me is that they have a very agressive tread on the bottom which is in my opinion great for outdoor use. I don't have girls sliding on wet grass. But i guess it really depends on how you write routines, if you do a lot of spins i don't think these would work, but they do still let the girls point their toes. Check them out they are sold by most all band/color guard cataloges. NO I'M NOT ON PROWLER'S PAY ROLL
  2. Thanks for all the ideas. I live in western Virginia (not to be confused with West Virginia) but i'm willing to travel a few hours if i can find a good clinic. I need something but not so much to bring my guard to.
  3. We are doing the same show sort of. we are doing beetle juice, nightmare, and corpse bride. we are using black and white for beetle juice, shades of grey and black for corpse bride, and a burnt orange flag for nightmare. so your black idea is on the right path but i would think of halloween colors as long as they look good with your uniforms.
  4. I was wondering if anyone knew of a camp or clinic in the eastern US that offered classes for instructors. I would like to learn some new moves to add to my arsenal. if you don't know of a camp or clinic what do you do to keep up on the latest trends and get new ideas?
