i have an issue with the andriod app. Contacted support to be told they have "technical difficulties" that are not expected to be fixed today. I don't know if it impacts iOS or not.

Soooooooooooooooo......how 'bout that close up of the two guard member's "intimate" scene last night on DCI Live???? That was sure PG-13.
I swear I saw pelvic thrusting too. It is kinda jaw dropping zoomed in like that. Wish I knew about guard like everyone else in this thread. Flags are pretty.

Yes. There are extensive points of comparison for judging GE outlined in judging sheets. Just because you have never seen them doesn't mean they don't exist and doesn't mean the judges don't know how to use them.
EDIT: I judge GE and Music in a few marching band circuits where the sheets are literally designed after DCI/BOA.
Jesus dude. I've been in or following this activity for about 30 years. I've seen a judging sheet. Clearly you're touchy about this, which proves what I thought. It's entirely up to the judge.
