    My name is Jeff Perkins. I played soprano bugle in the Saratoga NY Ambassadors 1953-1956, Fort Edward NY Vagabonds 1957-1958, Gloversville NY Fusiliers 1959-1961, Interstatesmen 1962-1966, Marksmen 1968, Syracuse Brigadiers 1971. Asst. Dir. Saratoga NY Bethesda Hurricanes 1966-1971, Bethesda Emerald Knights 1972-1974, Dir, Avant Garde 1975-1985. Taught M&M Bethesda Hurricanes, Troy Muchachos, Bethesda Emerald Knights, Avant Garde. Advisor to Excelsior, Inducted DCNY Hall of Fame. This is my first post and I hope I am reaching many friends out there. This is a wonderful site and gives us all a great opportunity to share ideas and opinions. Count me in, DCA and DCI fans!
