I also noticed that yesterday they replaced their director, president of the board and business manager.

According to their facebook post, they confirmed it's because of their failure to pay their hotel bill.
How is that even possible?

No, it's not someone's life. Because that statement goes to the fact that you STILL think we don't believe Sean did something wrong, which NO ONE has said in the last 4-5 days.

All anyone said is that we don't see any place where it says the story was updated and where was it posted.

She is ignoring you. Can’t see anything you post anymore, as well as a few other people.
All of us will be happy that the truth is being accurately reported, now we have to wait on YEA’s internal investigation for their assessment on what happened.

This happened in 2008, Sean and her had a good working relationship. I think what it proves is that she now admits that Sean never saw the texts or emails so if it was addressed to him in a serious matter you could only assume that she would have showed him to convince him of the seriousness of her being uncomfortable. She admits she didn't show him when before she did. The fact that she recanted that he saw the emails and texts is in my opinion proof that Sean does not remember her ever coming to him.
I did not see any new updates. Which outlet updated it?

But if the article wants to put so much stock into Stuart's rumors which at least 1/2 turned out to be true, then they should be willing to tell it's readers it will investigate if the other individual is also guilty.
He also doesn't say that GH was having sex with underage members, thus wouldn't be breaking any laws. If DCI didn't have any jurisdiction over the matter, the only thing Dan could have done after interviewing the victims would be contact YEA's BoD since there is no way he would have simply contacted them based on hearsay.

I find it interesting that obviously the big news is with GH, but the article redacts the other DCI staffer but doesn't say they will look into the matter.

Also consider that not only was he the CEO, but full-time director of the Cadets who went on tour with them, headed the US Bands and judged several shows per year and over saw the other 2 aspects of YEA!

I don't know how detailed these documents are,but that should give some indication of the YEA's financial stability,
I would also be surprised,if this is in fact public information,the Inquirer or some other media entity isn't going to request it.
Isn't that all available on the internet? I'm not sure if it's required by law or a company out there does it, but I know others have seen their 990's.

What financial failures? What am I missing, or is this rumor and conjecture?
If they did not have the money, DCI wouldn't have hesitated to tell them they had to take a year off. I know they have to submit financial information for YEA! to DCI, but I'm sure they already have the preliminary 2018 tour budget.

Extremely doubtful, especially C2. GH really didn't have much to do with them anyway.
I think the chances would have been more if this all went down between August-December, but now, with DCI putting out several statement and Dan stepping in with the BoD, highly unlikely.

EBO, you want to know what's truly horrible about all these posts?
The fact that your ignorance & misleading claims of having truths when you don't offer up any may cause people here at DCP to react negatively to Sean in this matter. In fact, I would say most people probably still have a positive view of him and probably was an innocent mistake that it's just Hop and he was sure he meant nothing, and probably expect him to stick around.

In the beginning I was saying don't withhold your money. Now I'm saying just do it, get off DCP and let the 1,000's of true Cadet fans and alumni who are 100% behind the corps pick up your slack.
What's funnier, is that you probably would do that because you read about 10 people on DCP who disagree with you, and not because of the facts of the matter.

If she was about to tell Sean then why didn't she go right to the police?
Give us proof that people planned to remove Hop, install Sean as CEO, get the ENTIRE board to resign, then get Sean suspended OR it's just a rumor.

That being said, I'm sure his name will be cleared if he in fact did no wrong. That isn't up for you, me, or dcp to decide, it's up to the investigators that YEA hires to look into the matter.
Then you can go about waving your check book at the corps saying "I want it done my way or else I'm walking."
Probably were never a Cadet to begin with.

I don't post anymore but had to comment on this.
Your order is completely backwards. Why does a person have to leave the activity they love and then MAYBE try to fix the problem leaving the offender there. The first step is to try to get assistance from other people to remove or fix the problem, and if nothing gets done THEN you leave.
