  1. Positions are available for the PARK CITY PRIDE color guard, both rifle/cymbal and flag sections. Instruction is provided for the rifle/cymbal line and flags. PARK CITY PRIDE is known for their entertaining rifle/cymbals led by Vanessa Diaz. The flag line is instructed by Skip Gallant. The color guard is led on the field by Bill Stokes. Anyone interested in joining the color guard should attend the next corps camp on Sunday April 1st at the City Hall Annex 999 Broad St. in downtown Bridgeport CT from 10 am to 5 pm. In preparation for upcoming events in April and the 2012 season, PARK CITY PRIDE Alumni Drum & Bugle Corps will hold a full corps camp on Sunday April 1st from 10 am to 5 pm at the City Hall Annex, 999 Broad Street in downtown Bridgeport, CT. The corps also rehearses every Thursday from 7 pm to 9 pm at the Annex. The camp and all rehearsals are open to anyone from anywhere interested in joining or just sit in with the corps for an afternoon of entertaining drum corps music. Positions are available in the horn and drum lines, as well as the flag and rifle sections of the color guard. The commitment to the corps is open to fit your personal and family schedule. PARK CITY PRIDE will be performing on April 14th at the "Profiles in Music" show in York, PA., and in exhibition on April 21st at the Buglers Hall of Fame event at the Holiday Inn (downtown) Bridgeport, CT.   3. At the music camp tomorrow 2/26/12, Park City Pride will prepare for an exhibition at the Newtown, CT High School Winter Guard show next Saturday 3/3/12. The show starts at 3pm at the Newtown High School. The camp is open to anyone interested in joining, sitting in with the corps or just enjoy an afternoon of music. The camp is from 10am to 5pm.   5. The Park City Pride Alumni Drum & Bugle Corps will hold their next music camp on Sunday Feb. 26th from 10am to 5pm at the City Hall Annex - 999 Broad Street in Bridgeport, CT. After completing the new opener " Pride of Sinatra " at the highly successful January camp, Frank Dorritie ( brass arranger ) and John Oddo ( percussion arranger ) will be in attendance to enhance and polish the three minute production. The corps also learned the new intro to " America " - " The House I Live In " by Frank Sinatra. Several new faces were at the last camp, and there are still openings in all sections of the corps and color guard. Anyone from anywhere are welcome to sit in with the corps at monthly camps or at weekly rehearsals every Thursday from 7pm to 9pm at the Annex. The corps is preparing for several Spring events including: Saturday March 3 - exhibition at Newtown, CT High School Winter Guard show. Saturday March 10 - St. Patrick's Day parade in Milford, CT.   6. The Park City Pride Alumni Drum and Bugle Corps will hold a January camp on Sunday January 29, 2012 from 10am to 5pm at the City Hall Annex 999 Broad Street in downtown Bridgeport, CT. The camp is open to anyone interested in joining the corps. Current membership includes CT, MA, NY, NJ, VA and FL. Out of area members are asked to try and make the monthly camps. The corps also rehearses every Thursday from 7pm to 9pm at the City Hall Annex, and is optional for out-of-state members. Even if you haven't picked up a horn, sticks or flag and rifle for years, the corps members and staff will help you refresh your drum corps talents. Park City Pride is a non-competitive, exhibition drum corps whose primary goal is entertainment!   7. A very successful music camp last Sunday as Frank Dorritie was in to begin the new opener - Pride of Sinatra, a three minute production. Both brass and percussion completed " Strangers in the Night". Mr. Dorritie (arranger), Peter Horton (brass) and John Oddo (percussion) and the entire staff will be back at the next camp on January 29, 2012 from 10am to 5pm to continue teaching the new music for the 2012 season. Starting on Thursday January 5, 2012 , music rehearsals will commence each Thursday from 7pm to 9pm. All camps and rehearsals are held at the City Hall Annex 999 Broad Street in downtown Bridgeport, CT. Rehearsals are open to anyone from anywhere interested in joining Park City Pride, so stop by, sit-in and meet the staff and members. Current membership from CT, MA, NY, NJ, VA and FL.
