Who's seen an action shot of a cavalier moving that had legs in it? I sure haven't. That technique just doesn't look as good as straight legs. Bent knee is easier, certainly, but I have yet to see a cavalier looking anywhere near as good as someone from another team that uses straight leg from an individual body control standpoint.
Irrelevant, but I a rumor that the green team takes turns playing movements of their show. Thoughts?

That did look kinda weird. Would it work with the whole ensemble though?
If they got slightly longer tops, maybe they could pull it off. I like the black and white with the earth theme though. It's cool contrast. The white would give the corps some more field presence too.

In that time lapse video I posted above, I see white pants at 1:34-1:46 pit. Looks like they are trying a few things out there. Hmmm
According to Bones admin, those white pants are "just a product test". I don't believe it.

I think Crossmen or Crown would make The Rain Song by Led Zeppelin sound fantastic as a ballad.

I started practicing multiphonics on a mouthpiece by itself and then adding it to the horn. That helped a lot. The key to sounding good is singing in tune. Easier said than done. Also, the larger the mouthpiece, the better you'll sound.

OMG YOU GUYS WHAT IF THERE WAS A BCS BOWL SYSTEM FOR DRUM CORPS?!?!?!? The Cavaliers and the Scouts could go head to head in the Paco's Tacos 100% Real Burritos Bowl. The Crossmen and Spirit could be pitted against one another in the Time Magazine ® Bowl for Kids Who Can't Read Good. Imagine the possibilities!!

So with the mayan calendar AND Nostradamus predicting the world coming to an end at the end of this year, this could well be the last season of DCI ever.
Will the Blue Devils be world champions for the rest of forever? Will the Cavaliers be supreme overlords of marching band in the aftermath? Will Pioneer make it to Saturday? Will the Scouts finally come out of the closet? Will the Cadets' christmas show save us all?
Too many unknowns for my liking. Have at it, DCP.

Here's to hoping for Colts success this season! And to hoping that Sully doesn't impose another ridiculous alien bird show on the drum corps community...
