I'm as guilty as anyone about swaying OT, but if you think people disagree and bicker about drum corps.......yikes. The best pizza discussion alone nearly turned into a slugfest.
Ok, in the past few years, or maybe even longer, I've noticed some mean, hateful, anti-drum and bugle corps posts on both Facebook and Twitter/X. I strongly suspect the instigator, behind all this, is a former guard and staff member, of a top 12 corps, from over 40 years ago. She claims to have been sexually abused as an adult staff member. Now, it appears that her senior citizen goal in life is to bring down all drum corps by any means necessary. Truly, she is toxic.

Yep, one of the props fell on top a guard member while he was changing his uniform.

Anytime I get to see the Blue Devils live!
I never think of the Blue Devils as one of my favorite corps until I see them live. Then, they become my favorite corps for the night.
