Upper Perkiomen was a no when first contacted in the spring.

As of now, Cadets have secured housing at Quakertown HS in Quakertown, PA. We are still working on finding housing for Oregon Crusaders and Genesis. We have alot of follow up calls to make Monday. I appreciate all of the suggestions I have received and have made some contacts, hopefully we can wrap things up soon.

J Birney will not allow anyone to rehearse in the stadium.

We reached out to a few colleges. Because of the "Sandusky scandal" many of them require background checks for members, volunteers, and staff over the age of 18. One of them told me that because of the contract with dining services, no outside food vendors permitted on campus (which includes the corps food truck). Also no sleeping in the gymnasium, dorms only.

Have to follow up with 4 schools on Monday, 2 of them are in the New Jersey area. Bad time of year since most administrators are on vacation, etc. and schools will not give out band director contact information,. School voicemail and email are our only means of leaving messages and many band directors do not check them regularly since school is not in session. Thank you everyone for your help!

Yes, I just received a phone call from DCI that Exeter is a no-go for Cadets!

We tried twin valley in the Spring and it was a no but I appreciate you giving it a try.

Gym, Showers, 1 or 2 classrooms for drivers, and 2 practice fields (1 with lights).

East penn is a no and parkland is a no, they do not permit overnight stays.

Hempfield is a no

Covenant Christian academy is a no.

Hempfield administrators will not be in until Monday
