I heard The Crusaders practice and knowing who I was hearing ran quickly to see them.I was expecting an 65 piece horn line and I heard the pride of their history in a tiny horn line. Memory is that a young woman playing cymbals put them down and played a soprano solo. Blew my mind.I marched with De La Salle Oaklands (68-74) and Drum Corps saved my life.
