I wouldn't want to spin anything smaller than a 36 because it's hard to box your arms on them and most girls have longer arms then me and are taller than me. I would prefer 39's but I wouldn't start a guard off on them. I would start them off on 36's with straps. They would be the easiest to spin, in my opinion.
