Good point, someone mentioned they score well in achievement across the caption, but not in substance/content. That is ominous to me, though to be fair, they added the closer. So perhaps with cleaning that may ease that concern.

- BD is closing the gap in percussion. While Bloo's gap to SCV is getting wider.
- SCV scoring 4th in Brass is interesting.
- The Music Caption is tight. SCV 4th with 27.9 with BD, Bloo tied for 2nd at 27.950 and Crown 1st at 28.00. One pt separation between 1-4.
- BD starting to run away with Visual.
- Bloo has a firm grip on GE.
To me it's simple. The music caption will determine who will win between Bloo and BD.
In this caption, BD's achilles heel is the Music Analysis, while Bloo's weakness is percussion relatively speaking. It's BD to lose, just improve the Music Analysis, the title is yours. Bloo has to upped their percussion score and tighten the gap in Visual

Interesting, if the Cadets don't score 90 pts by Finals, will mark the first time since 1981. To be fair, that was before the scoring system changed. For those who don't know, the 1st place score would be around 90-94 pts prior to 1984. Cadets scored 94.4 when they won their first title in 1983 and then scored 98 the following year.

The bump we all mostly perceived from SCV show itself in the Music Analysis 1 with SCV 1st and 3rd in MA2. Those judges watched different shows. The percussion scores are tightening. There is a pathway for BD to overtake SCV, BD beat SCV in content. But the visual/GE will doom SCV from repeating. Like I said before, for Bloo to take the title, they need to keep that GE gap to BD and beat BD in Music.
