JohnZ Posted August 17, 2007 Share Posted August 17, 2007 FWIW, Mom: Rockmart will be a KILLER during the day on Saturday, but it cools down there very quickly in the evening, especially if there is a little breeze (possible with some chance of storms moving through). their location out in rural area makes for a very nice evening. Dont know much about Alpharetta though - Sunday looks like it will be the cooler of the two days (mid 90s), so it may not be so bad......if 95 in Georgia can be considered "good". Something that comes to mind: although I know the corps would like to see it, I doubt there will be a packed house for either - you may check with the corps/ticket takers about taking and using something to shield from the sun (umbrella, whatever). I am guessing there will be space to spread out so no one is inconvenienced, and most will understand. Whatever show you decide, have fun - I know the corps will!
