The show will start off with SHAFT (which the corps played in 1982), followed by BIG NOISE FROM WINNETKA (1980). Next will be RAINY DAY by Stan Kenton (This is a new tune that the corps has never done. A tune that the Alumni corps can call their own). MY FAVORITE THINGS follows (with a new drum break). The corps will then have 2 encore tunes, one being the signature tune of the corps in the 70's THE WILLIAM TELL OVERTURE and the 80's signature tune IN THE STONE ( only from the never's till the end). The staff for the 2008 season will be: Program Coordinator Dennis Delucia Brass: Arranger Larry Kerchner Caption Head Brian Law Instructors Gabe Gulino, Matt Krempaski, George Lea, Jerome Kimbrough Percussion: Arranger Dennis Delucia Instructor Bob Dubinski, Pat Scollin, Ron Dolce(pit), John Yurkin Color Guard: Choreographer/Designer Scott Brogen Instructor Claire Kronenfeld, Cindi Rodriques, Nancy DuCharme Visual: Designer George Lavelle Caption Head Bob Haley Instructor George Ruse, Donna Gulino, John Yurkin, Claire Kroenfeld Performances: March 15th - Bayonne (Drum Fest) April 12th - Harrisburg ( Sernenade In Brass) June 14th - Bayonne (Tournament Of Stars) July 5th - Cadet Show July 19th - Clifton ( Grand Prix ) Aug 31st - Rochester ( DCA Alumni Spectactular) Plus the corps will be adding another performance at the beginning of August.
