Peel Paint Posted August 2, 2008 Share Posted August 2, 2008 (edited) The picture looks better on my 37" LCD than it does on my 17" monitor (when in full screen mode, that is). Yeah, other people have said the same thing. I would have thought it would be the other way around, that it would look worse, mainly because at least prior to HDTV days, if you tried to play a PC's output through a home TV set, it looked worse than on the monitor. Guess with the new HDTVs, it's different. I don't have an easy way to route Fan Network to a real TV to test this, but apparently with digital TVs it can indeed look better.
