Northwind Director Posted September 24, 2008 Share Posted September 24, 2008 The Northwind Indoor Color Guard, based in the Lehigh Valley PA, currently has openings for the 2008-2009 winter guard season. The 2009 show is entitled "Drops of Jupiter" by Train. We have already begun rehearsals in August and September. Our next rehearsal is going to be on Sunday October 19th 2008 between the hours of 10:00am-2:00pm. The location will be posted on our website. We will be competing in the cavalcade Indoor Assocation and the Tournament Indoor Association and we will also possibly be attending a WGI Regional this coming season. We are looking to put 10 performers on the floor and there are still plenty of spots open. We will be closing membership in Late November, so reserve your spot today! The Northwind indoor Color Guard is the 2008 TIA Chapter 2 Independent Novice Champions and the 208 TIA All-Chapter Championship finalist. Membership is open to all young men and women ages 14-22. THERE ARE NO AUDITIONS!!! We have professional instructors that care about the performer as well as the performance. We are also a low cost alternative to most independent winter guards. We also have fundraisers to help defray the cost of membership. The Northwind Indoor Color Guard is an active member of the Boy Scouts of America, Venture Crew 606, Minsi-Trails Council, Trexler District. Northwind is also a member in good standing with the Tournament Indoor Association and the Cavalcade Indoor Association.
